Earlier this month, Campbell Page held the first of our #BeSeenin2017 events. Hosted at the Frankston Bowls Club, the event was an opportunity for service providers within the community to connect and be seen.

The aim of this event was to connect service providers who specialise in employment support and health care support with one another – specifically those relating to disability and mental health. Over 30 community organisations from across the Mornington Peninsula attended the event, with many now excited about the potential partnerships that have come to light since the event.

We provided the perfect networking opportunity for these organisations, and since the event, we have received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback about how fantastic the event was for building connections and partnerships. – Sarah Ham, Business Manager

Some of the community organisations who attended included: Active One Group, Dress for Success, Enveco Health Inc, FMC – Family Mediation & Counselling, Foresite Training, Peninsula Health, Homesglen Tafe, and Royal District Nursing Service.

The event was a great way for all in attendance to forge new relationships. Our next event in Frankston will take place in April and will focus on connecting job seekers and employers.  – Adrian Mudronja, Partnership Manager

At Campbell Page our goal is to start the conversation and change the way we all think about inclusion in the workplace. We believe that everyone deserves a chance and that as a part of our Campbell Page community, you deserve to:

  • Be seen for your abilities as an employee and not just your disability.
  • Be seen for your potential in the workplace and not just what you’ve been through or where you come from.
  • Be seen as a meaningful contributor to your community
  • Be seen as an employer who champions diversity in the workplace
  • Be seen as a team who fulfils our values to dare to be different, to work together and to never give up.
