Interview with Lucas Reid: Green Army SupervisorPosted on May 16, 2017
Meet Lucas, one of our Green Army Team Supervisors. Lucas is currently working on our third Green Army Project in the Noosa Hinterland. He is a highly regarded team member who is constantly helping to grow and mentor his participants. We asked Lucas what he thought of the Green Army:
What do you enjoy the most about the Green Army and Campbell Page?
I enjoy working in natural areas and outdoors in a team environment.
What have you learnt from the Green Army?
Being a team supervisor has taught me to be a better communicator, to be more organised in the way I approach work tasks and to set the benchmark high for participants. By doing these things we have achieved great outcomes.
What has been your highlight/achievements for the month?
The highlight of this month for me was visiting a site that we planted recently to see that we had a 98% strike rate on tube stock in the ground. The participants were really happy with themselves. They should be proud of their achievements
