Managing all of the properties and vehicles for Campbell Page means that I get to travel to our sites quite regularly. I’m in a position where I can see the diversity in the communities that we operate and the clients that we support – the one thing that is constant throughout is that sense of community.
I’ve been with Campbell Page for 12 years. Within any region, whether it be in Victoria or Sydney or the South Coast, everybody seems to band together to form that community – even with the staff. We’re not just about employment, but about the community as a whole.
To me, that’s why I like working here. You come to work and it feels like you do better. You do better for yourself, you do better for your colleagues, your family and your community by doing better for your clients. As individuals and as an organisation, we like helping people.
We break down barriers.
It’s in our DNA and I see us growing into the community-support sector more than ever before because that’s who we are. Seeing our clients do well means we are doing what we are meant to be doing.
