NSW CUSTOMERS

From 6pm on Saturday 26 June to 11:59pm Friday 16 July, a stay at home direction applies to people who live and work in Greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour local government areas.

 

PHONE APPOINTMENTS 

In line with Government restrictions, offices in the following affected areas will be temporarily closed for face-to-face appointments. All appointments will be taking place by phone until at least Friday 30 July inclusive. 

The following offices are closed to the public:

  • Redfern
  • Marrickville
  • Hurstville
  • Sutherland
  • Wollongong
  • Dapto
  • Corrimal
  • Shellharbour
  • Kiama

MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS

The suspension of mutual obligation requirements has been extended for New South Wales job seekers and participants in the Local Government Areas of Bayside, Blue Mountains, Canada Bay, Central Coast, City of Sydney, Greater Sydney, Inner West, Randwick, Shellharbour, Waverly, Wollongong and Woollahra under COVID-19 hotspot arrangements will be applied from today, Sunday 27 June 2021 and will be in place until Tuesday 3 August 2021 inclusive.

REGIONAL NSW CUSTOMERS

We’ll continue to support you via face-to-face appointments. If you have an appointment with us, you must wear a mask in our offices, check in using the QR code and follow all COVID safe measures while we work with you. 


VIC CUSTOMERS

From 11:59pm on 17 July through to 11:59pm Tuesday 27 July Victoria is in Stage-4 lockdown. 

 

PHONE APPOINTMENTS 

In line with Government restrictions, offices in Victoria  will be temporarily closed for face-to-face appointments. All appointments will be taking place by phone until at least Tuesday 27 July inclusive.

MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS

Mutual obligation requirements for Victorian job seekers and participants has been temporarily paused from Friday 16 July 2021 and will be in place until Tuesday 3 August 2021 inclusive.

SA CUSTOMERS

As of 6:00pm Tuesday 20 July, South Australia is entering a snap 7 day lockdown and are subject to new restrictions.

In line with Government restrictions, offices in South Australia will be temporarily closed for face-to-face appointments. All appointments will be taking place by phone until at least Tuesday 27 July inclusive.

From Tuesday 20 July 2021 until Tuesday 3 August 2021 inclusive, people in South Australia do not have compulsory mutual obligation requirements.
