Start your career with CareFlex!

  • What is CareFlex?

    CareFlex is a 3-week training and employment program that will give you the skills you need to start a career in care and lead you to paid employment.

  • Find the right fit

    Before you start the CareFlex program you'll have the opportunity to interview with your prospective employer so you can see if it's the right fit for you. You'll then complete a range of accredited units to achieve a part-qualification Certificate III in Individual Support.

  • Land a job

    After completion you'll start the practical placement element with your prospective employer to get hands on experience before starting paid work with them. Employment options include full-time, part-time or casual work.
