Eligibility for SLES

You can join our service if you're:
  • An NDIS participant
  • In your final year of school, or have recently left school
  • Aged between 16-22 years old
  • Live in Ulladulla, the Eurobodalla or Bega Valley

If you’re a student or school leaver with a disability who would like to access this service, but you’re not currently an NDIS participant:

What if I don't have SLES included in my plan?

Don't panic! We can help with that too.

This service is funded through the NDIS so long as it is listed in your plan (self-managed or plan managed). If you don’t currently have SLES included as part of your NDIS plan, our friendly team can support you through the process of adding it.
