Lots of things excite me about what we do but the most important thing is changing people’s lives. We do that a lot. We do it all the time, in all the offices, in all of our interactions. We do all we can to help people to get where they need to be in life, where they have a purpose.
Having been part of Campbell Page for 5 years, I’ve been able to share some amazing times with colleagues and clients. Living locally, I am reminded of our work long after the job seeker moves on and that’s the best part of my job.
We give people choices – we allow people to live a life filled with options – something they haven’t had before.
To me, that’s what we do for people. We give them the opportunity to make choices about where they live, what they do with their time, where they go on holidays and what they do with their life. Some situations are tougher than others but I’ve always believed the harder you fight for it, the better the reward. I try to pass that on to all the job seekers that I work with.
