    Nirmal was appointed to the Campbell Page Board in 2012 and became Chair of the Board in November 2015 after chairing the Audit & Risk Committee for three years. Nirmal holds a Master of Commerce (Business Management) degree from University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Governance Institute of Australia, Chartered Accountants ANZ and CPA Australia.

He is also an Independent Member of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Property Group at NSW Department of Planning, Industry & Environment and Chair of Compliance and Risk Committee for Gleneagles Asset Management Ltd.

    Prior directorships include Director of Eureka Group Holdings Ltd, Kuringai Financial Services Ltd and Council on the Ageing (NSW) Inc.

He has more than 30 years of senior executive experience in finance, sales and marketing, and information technology.

    Previous roles include Head of Investment Management for Schroders Australia, and Finance Director for Kimberly-Clark South Asia. He’s held board positions at Insearch Ltd, First Super and for Kimberly-Clark businesses in South Asia. Peter Chairs the Campbell Page Audit & Risk Committee of the Board and is a member of the Social Impact Committee.

    His Board roles include Chair of RSL National, Chair of leading law firm Wotton + Kearney and as Chair of major IVF provider City Fertility. David Chairs the Governance, Remuneration and nominations Committee of the Board and is a Member of the Social Impact Committee.

    Lisa currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Good Return. Previous Chair and Non-Executive Directorships include Documentary Australia Foundation and The Stella Prize.

    Raj is currently a Non-Executive Director at Campbell Page and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.  Raj is also a Non-Executive Director at Australia Medic Alert Foundation (AMAF).  At AMAF, Raj Chairs both their Audit Risk and Investment committee and the Information Communication and Technology Committee.  Previously Raj was an Advisory Board member of Aged Care Reviews.

    Raj commenced his career at KPMG followed by commercial roles in commercial sector.  This experience was gained by working in Australia, Canada, UK and China.  Recent roles include being the Chief Financial Officer at the Banktech Group and Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Strategic Payments Services, a joint venture between MasterCard and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

    Kate studied at Monash and Harvard Universities and has been an active Non-Executive Director of MacKillop Family Services, Mirabel Foundation and Founder/Director of goodcompany.

    Kate is currently Non- Executive Director of Barlow Impact Group (BIG) and Director of projects at Brotherhood of St Laurence.
