Previously, Natalie was Chief Operating Officer of VERTO and Executive General Manager with Jobfind Centres Australia.
Natalie sits on the Board of Directors for 4 companies; National Employment Services Australia, (the peak body representing employment services organisations in Australia) the Australian Racing Drivers Club (Sydney Motorsport Park), NESA People Solutions (capability development across government, business and the not-for-profit sector) and Hydrogen House Australia (promoting hydrogen for the storage of renewable energy).
She is a Taskforce Member for the Federal Government’s Local Jobs Plan Taskforce, a Committee Member for NSW Workforce Skills Policy Committee, a Member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Business Leaders Council and Global Advisory Panel Member for Institute on Science for Global Policy – Hydrogen Pathways program. Natalie has also served as an Advisory Board Member for Aboriginal Resources Group and Digital Skills Exchange.
