Campbell Page Community Partners, HealthWest Partnership recently launched the HealthWest Partnership Standards for Workforce Mutuality at the Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria state conference on Thursday 17 May 2018.

Designed in collaboration with peak organisations from the health, community, employment and corporate sectors, these Standards are the first in the world to promote the principle of workforce mutuality, which is defined as the extent to which the diversity of an organisation or a sector’s workforce reflects the diversity of the community.

HealthWest is now looking for organisations in the health, community, government and private sectors to take part in a pilot of the Standards during the second half of 2018. If you are interested in taking part in the pilot program or want to know more about the Standards, please contact HealthWest Partnership.

Campbell Page is a not-for-profit organisation that partners with a variety of other organisations to make a difference within the community.
